How to withdraw at Casina
Taking money out of Casina is mechanically simpler than putting it in and psychologically harder, because it involves waiting. This page explains what the waiting is made of: which part belongs to the operator, which part belongs to the banking system, and which part is entirely under your own control.
Open the Casina cashierWithdrawal steps
- Open the cashier and switch to the Withdrawal tab.
- Choose a payout route and enter an amount of at least €20, within the ceilings shown.
- Complete verification if the operator asks for it — the payment is queued once the account is cleared.
How long each route takes
| Method | Minimum | Payout time | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| MB WAY | €20 | Same business day | Guide |
| Multibanco | €20 | Redirected to your IBAN, same business day | Guide |
| Skrill | €20 | 1–24 hours | Guide |
| Trustly | €20 | 1–24 hours | Guide |
| Visa | €20 | 1–3 business days | Guide |
| Mastercard | €20 | 1–3 business days | Guide |
| Bank transfer (SEPA) | €20 | 1–3 business days | Guide |
| Paysafecard | €20 | Redirected to your IBAN, 1–3 business days | Guide |
| Bitcoin / Litecoin / USDT | €20 | Up to 24 hours | Guide |
The two halves of the wait
The first half is the operator's review, which on a verified account is usually a matter of hours. The second half belongs to the rail, and nothing on the casino side can shorten it: crypto and wallets settle in under a day, MB WAY lands within the business day, and card refunds and SEPA transfers need 1 to 3 business days because they queue behind banking hours. A Saturday request waits for Monday on every bank rail and on none of the others.
Verification and the same-source rule
The first payout is where identity checks happen — Cartão de Cidadão or passport, a recent proof of address, and evidence tying the payment instrument to your name. Complete it in the week you register rather than the week you win, and the delay disappears from your experience entirely. Once cleared, later payouts go straight into the payment queue.
The same-source rule governs where the money can go: back to whatever paid it in. Multibanco and Paysafecard cannot receive, so those payouts are redirected to a SEPA transfer to an IBAN in your own name, and the name has to match the account exactly. An abbreviated first name or a missing surname is the commonest reason a payment is bounced back for clarification.
Limits, and one habit that costs money
Daily, weekly and monthly ceilings appear next to each method in the cashier and vary by rail; a very large win is normally paid in instalments across those windows rather than in one movement. Bank transfer usually carries the most generous caps.
The habit worth naming: while a request is still pending it can generally be cancelled and returned to the balance, and cancelling a payout in order to keep playing is the single most expensive reflex in online gambling. If you find yourself doing it, the account tools described on our responsible gambling page exist precisely for that moment.
If a payout is stuck
Almost always the answer is an unfinished document check or a mismatch between the payout instrument and the account holder. Confirm both, then contact the operator's support with the request time and the amount. If the answer resolves nothing, our complaints page sets out how escalation works and what a player in Portugal can realistically expect.
The withdrawal methods repeat the rails you deposited with, and every request goes through the same cashier panel. The minimum withdrawal is €20 across the board, and the maximum is governed by the per-period limits shown beside each method rather than by a single site-wide number.
